I can't remember if I ever did an #intro post, but it's probably out of date anyway. I'm a historian who has spent much of the last couple of decades working in & around the #GLAM sector, building #open tools & resources to help other historians do interesting things with digital collections. I used to be Associate-Professor of Digital Heritage at Uni of Canberra, and Manager of #Trove at NLA. Now I suppose I'm semi retired, though busier than ever working on my own projects and sometimes on consultancies/contracts.

My main projects at the moment are the #GLAMWorkbench and the #TroveDataGuide, which bring together a whole lot of tools, hacks, documentation etc assembled over many years.
