Rachel Greenham@garethlpowell yes, very much so. People who use screenreaders very much prefer that you use camel-case in the hashtags so those screenreaders can separate the words. (eg: #TroubleDog, not #troubledog) But apart from that note, hashtags are beloved. You can even follow hashtags.
