Mr. JackSaw the #ThickTrunkTuesdays, #ThickTrunkTuesday, #TreeTrunkTuesdays & #TreeTrunkTuesday tag in my feed and found the exact right moment to post this photo (which is somehow 20 years old) of young Jack with my arborist turned accountant father standing on a redwood stump when we lived in California. And the next job he had after this took us from California to Michigan was a nonprofit nursery devoted to repopulating the earth with redwoods!
