Omg, these are DELICIOUS!! 😋

I've been making homemade ice cream for years (with a Cuisinart machine) because both my kids are allergic to tree nuts, which makes ice cream parlors risky.

But the sandwiches are new!! My daughter made the chocolate "wafer" cookies with a recipe she found and the combo is soooooo good! 😊
