It's RichieA friend of mine booked international flights through booking.com called to make a change and the rep screwed up the change and now they are booked on the wrong day!
They’ve done days and days of calling and escalation but are getting the run around.
Question; is there a flights or travel #ombudsman or something like that they could call in #Australia?
The only one I could find is to complain directly about one of the local airlines.
