I have been in the queue to book a #TokyoDisneyResort package for a client for over two hours so far and I only just got to the point where it's no longer telling me it's "over an hour”. I still have a 50 minute wait, but this is ridiculous. I know that the insane wait time is because someone on a FB group said the package rates for October will drop today and 99% of the people attempting to book don't speak Japanese and find the website confusing so their reservations are timing out.
As a Japanese speaking #TravelAgent, I wish that the Oriental Land Company would open up travel agent access for a few international travel agents. Not only would it be great to start earning commission on these bookings, but the direct access would mean I could bypass this insane wait for clients. If I thought that OLC would actually consider it, I'd write them a formal letter, but I know #Japanese companies well enough to know that they won't change the system unless it breaks completely. #Japan #Disney
