How do you deal with impatience? I like to think of myself as patient nowadays, but planning out the one surgery I need has made me realize that the anxiety and frustration I feel are all related to impatience and waiting. And not the mild annoyance at a delayed release or something, the kind of impatience that wata you from the inside and makes you count days and feel rising anger when completely innocent people don't answer in an unreasonable amount of time.
