Life Jacket No. 17, reporting for duty! Just came back from an incredible #TourWest #WhiteWaterRafting trip on the #SalmonRiver in #Idaho with our lovable pals Jen & Aaron. Man, how is a place this incredible possible? I got much splashed, am still shaking sand outta my hair, marveled at many bald eagles (!) and sheep (!) and a pig named Mrs. Butterworth (I'd like her to be my penpal), saw every single star I tell ya every single one, now know how to play some kind of weird Angel/Detective/Assassin campfire card game, visited actual homesteaders (!) and the home & life-size statue of a bad ass woman named Polly, and was only terrified on that last rapid where Jerimiah "slapped that hole right in the face," which, wow, went kinda vertical there, Jer. The Tour West folks are incredible and the trip was a dream -- highly recommend. 🖤
