Do time zones matter on the Fediverse?

Will Toots be seen regardless of when they're posted or should one repost during "prime" hours for different time zones?

Well, I fired up Godot and started adapting the first tutorial. So far impressed with the IDE, even though I haven’t even added and scripts yet. I think I will make Space Invaders as its simple yet fun. My second game will be a MMORPG with thousands of players.
