So a quick #KickingTheShitOutOfPOTS update: Since getting Covid in Feb I've been on a backward slide BUT today I rowed for 30 minutes (inc warm up, cool down & 20 min row) & did 15 minutes of beginner Pilates. I have #SquareDancing tonight so I'll get my 5500 steps in. I have to recommit myself to this. I'm lacking energy & I know the only way to build it back up is to show up for myself. Consistency is key.
