By "open up federal land", he means "we'll privatise national parks, which will be bulldozed and levelled out to build mcmansions". By "great modernization and beautification campaign," which includes "getting rid of ugly buildings," he means he wants to pull a Robert Moses and bulldoze working class Black neighbourhoods. By "build towering monuments to our true American heroes", he means he wants to build more statues of Confederate generals. And by "flying cars", he means "I'm trying to cloak my BS in futuristic high-tech lies like Elon and Zuck do, but I haven't watched any sci-fi movies since the '60s, so flying cars is the best I can do".
