Games should *never* put trophies in that are missable during a first playthrough. If I play a game to completion (story-wise or other-wise) but I need to play it *again* doing some specific activity differently - then your game stinks.
Case in point - playing DA:Veilguard and instead of fighting a dragon (cool, right?) I was supposed to talk someone out of a fight. But I didn't, blocking me from getting that plat. WHY.
