There are a lot of paintings of vases of flowers, and I understand people enjoying them and putting them on their wall. And, I enjoy this because they aren't in a vase and they're outside. It's still a painting about flowers, it's not a landscape, but they're in their natural state and I like that. The way they're painted seems really alive and natural, sort of a chaos of leaves of different types, with a layer of decomposing stuff under the leaves at the bottom ❤️
