Local DC news points out that sections of dark blue paint have started to rise to the surface.
Pool Guy talking head sez the surface prep is the culprit, not the hydrogen peroxide. There are lots of ways to mess up the surface where it doesn't stick (over time, seeing it right away implies poor preparations).

Nice one. Sometimes I like to draw the typical asian stylish, which originate from the japanese adventures long time ago.

This one is drawn on Hahnemühle watercolour paper, handmade 200g cotton rough. It doesn't get more fancy then that.
