Fad diets can be terribly harmful to your body… they usually offer a quick fix for fast weight loss, and, even if they could work, the result is short-term and the pounds come bouncing back, moreover the weight lost is not fat, but precious muscle mass! The only way to lose fat (if you need it and if you really want to do it, because a little fat is not that bad as they want you to think...) is sweating and puffing and suffering (and eating less sugar, that's true! Cut the sugar!): start training now!
