The judge that #dissented in #NorthCarolina's #Partisan #gerrymandering and #VoterID reversals should ask the #US #DOJ #CivilRights #Division to step in, investigate, and if they find that there was no legal justification for the majorities' recent reversals other than seeking a new partisan result to already decided cases refer it to the US Supreme Court.

This can be done under #TheGuaranteeClause.
