First models of the year finished with the Dread Pageant from Direchasm, it’s nice to paint a warband for a faction I don’t play, and from painting these, I probably will never play!

Finished painting the Dread Pageant. Overall, I’m happy with how they came out. Tried out a few slightly different techniques and color formulas. Some I’m happy with, others not so much, but overall I’m pleased.

Working through some of my backlog, and this week I picked the Dread Pageant from Warhammer Underworlds. Painting fantasy models, and especially very different models, has been a good palette cleanser and takes my mind off my disappointment with 40K right now.

Models are still in the ugly phase, but they’re starting to come together.
