Donald Trump is simply a Con Artist with too much wealth who has spent his entire life chasing fantasies. One of his latest fantasies is The Board of Peace with Donald Trump as Chairman for life. True peace can only come from the rule of law based on just laws evenly applied to all. It is clear from his actions that the Con Artist does not respect the rule of law and has no idea how to obtain a lasting peace in any conflict.

An International Warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin was issued by the International Criminal Court on 3/17/2023. On 8/15/2025 Trump met with Putin at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska, USA. Would there still be a war in Ukraine if Putin had been arrested and turned over to the ICC? He was on American soil on an American military base and there is nothing in American law or International law to prevent his arrest. There was absolutely nothing standing in the way accept the cowardice of the Con Artist. An arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Court for the arrest of Benjamin Netanyahu on 7/7/2025. Since that date Netanyahu has made multiple visits to the White House and is planning another White House meeting with Trump in the near future. If Netanyahu had been arrested and turned over to the International Criminal Court would the genocide and ethnic cleansing still be going on? Does the world really need a Board of Peace with the Con Artist at the helm for life?

The Con Artist has given aid and comfort to our enemies (Russia and North Korea), defied International Law, destroyed our alliances, and severely weakened our standing in the world at large. He has damaged our economy, increased taxes on the poor through tariffs that are simply passed on to customers and increased China’s trade surplus by 20%. Your Excellency,

You are currently in a unique position to raise awareness and change the destiny of the human race. I sincerely hope you will take the time to read this message and understand what I am trying to say.
The human race is facing an existential threat caused by overpopulation, global warming, climate change, political/religious conflict, imperialism, war, and the failure of the United Nations to achieve its primary mandate of maintaining international peace and security. If we are going to survive we must change and we must solve the problems which we ourselves have created.
The primary reason for the failure of the United Nations to maintain international peace is noncompliance with the United Nations Charter as written and our failure to raise awareness of those charter violations. I believe there are two articles that are the most problematic
The clause defining permanent membership in the Security Council, UN Charter Article 23 Paragraph 1, has not been amended and as written, The Peoples Republic of China and the Russian Federation are not permanent members of the Security Council. Article 23 Paragraph 1 states: The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations. The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council. The Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China are not mentioned in Article 27, are not members of the security council, and have no right to vote on Security Council matters.
Article 27 Paragraph 3 provides an exception to the Unanimous Consent rule. Article 27 paragraph 3 reads: Decisions of the Security Council on all other matters shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members including the concurring votes of the permanent members; provided that, in decisions under Chapter VI, and under paragraph 3 of Article 52, a party to a dispute shall abstain from voting. The United States, Great Britain, and France aare the only valid permanent members of the Security Council. They are all parties to the dispute in Ukraine and all must abstain. The United States and Great Britain have been parties to the dispute between Israel and its neighbors since the 1920 yet the United States has refused to abstain in over 60 Security Council votes on those conflicts. Would there be a Ukraine War today if the Russian Federation was not allowed to veto Security Council resolutions on that conflict. How many wars and armed conflicts could have been avoided if the United States had not been allowed to veto those Security Council Resolutions pertaining to Israel’s years of segregation, genocide, and ethnic cleansing. Those vetoes simply encourage War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity.
You are in a position to work with the members of the General Assembly to raise public awareness of these two articles. The General Assembly can request an advisory opinion from the International Court of Justice at any time. It is time for the General Assembly to discuss these two Articles and to request and Advisory Opinion from the ICJ. What is the courts opinion on Article 23 Paragraph 1 as to the status of the Russian Federation and the Peoples Republic of China on the Security Council? What is the courts opinion on Article 27 Paragraph 3 and what does it mean? It only makes sense if it is an exception to the Unanimous Consent Rule and is directed at the permanent members of the Security Council
Until it is amended the charter needs to be enforced as written, it does give us a wide range of options Article 5, suspension of all rights and privileges. Article 6, expulsion from the United Nations. Article 41 and Article 42, a full air, sea, and land blockade. Articles 43 through 51, war. . It is time for the United Nations to achieve its primary mandate of maintaining international peace and security.

Why was Alex Pretti simply executed by Federal agents in Minneapolis on January 24,2026?

Former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez was convicted of drug trafficking in June 2024 for facilitating the shipment of over 400 tons of cocaine through Honduras to the United States. He was sentenced to 45 years in prison for his involvement in that drug trafficking. On December 1, 2025, US President Trump issued a Presidential Pardon for Hernandez and he was set free from prison that same day.
On January 3, 2026 President Trump ordered a military invasion of Venezuela to capture the Venezuelan President and bring him to the United States for trial on drug trafficking charges. To pardon a convicted drug trafficker one day and order the military invasion of another sovereign nation a month later to arrest an accused drug traffic er is the ultimate in con artist hypocrisy. It is time to stand up and hold the con artist accountable for his actions.

The United States and Russia have violated the Unanimous Consent Clause dozens of times. It is impossible to end armed conflicts when a party to the dispute can block all UN action. It is time for the General Assembly to stand up and hold the United States and Russia accountable for their actions. It is time for the General Assembly to file a complaint with the International Court of Justice and start a publicity campaign to raise awareness of these violations. As a remedy the General Assembly should ask the ICJ to impose a one year suspension of all United Nations rights and privileges for both the United States and Russia. A one year suspension would give the rest of the world time to take action to end the wars in Gaza and Ukraine.
