SVG support is completely fucked

Nothing seems to support the bits of SVG 2.0 that I am using (all the good text flow stuff)

I have no idea which UAs support SVG 1.2 Tiny (which gives me limited but useful text flow stuff)

Fucking hurry up and get SVG 2.0 on everything
