He's claiming that Anheiser-Busch is marketing their beer to kids because Dylan Mulvaney has an Instagram account, and kids also use Instagram. Therefore, in his mind that means they're pushing alcohol on kids. The mental gymnastics involved in that reasoning is far beyond the grasp of most reasonable people. It's patently absurd, and it's insulting.
