A. auf "Sex-Esoterik" nach Dieter #Duhm und Sabine #Lichtenfels, zu der außer "freier Liebe" eine instrumentelle Auffassung von Sexualität und Verharmlosung sexuellen Missbrauchs gehören. Schwerpunkt der #Friedensarbeit ist der #Israel-#Palästina-Konflikt, wobei Israel einseitig als Konfliktverursacher gesehen wird.

one day i will be able to do much more, but today i can only say this:

to save the amazon we need to first save brazil from 500 years of cultural oppression.

my best bet: inject large amounts of money into selected smartest people in the poorest classes. at least 20 thousand people. people who can, first, take a year financial education summit outside of brazil and have a strong will to get back.

and this will be the crucial point + the sabbatical year (that nobody do in brazil) summit for all of them have to happen for at least 3 months in different ecovilas from the top ones worldwide, such as #tamera and findhorn.

in 5 years i truly bet we have no better plan to completely change the tide. how much i bet? i did this myself, except for the will to go back to brazil. sorry, not my role in my lifetime, right now.

if you want a recipe, i highly advise buckwheat + 2x water, a bit of salt and olive oil, 30 minutes in the oven at 200C.

have the buckwheat either soak overnight or simply turn it into powder before mixing it up.

i can't find this recipe anywhere, perhaps i will make a 5 seconds video about it, soon enough. 😁
