It's called "fite fuaite" in Irish and it means "woven and sewn". We are connected to everything in all of Creation and we can communicate with our Loved Ones in Spirit because they didn't stop existing.

We just need practice. Start yourself, or ask me to communicate for you.

I'd rather be vulnerable and hurt than live my life "safely", never speaking the truth of my heart and soul.

Your "dead" loved ones want to continue relationship with you. Your love for each other didn't stop just because they've released their body.

I want to talk with your "dead" loved ones! They still exist. They continue and they WANT to be in contact with us. You can talk with them directly - it just takes practice and a sense of connection to the more subtle presence and vibrations here.

The "dead" didn't stop. They don't disappear. They don't cease to exist. They very much want to continue relationship with you.
