The bookends of TotT are usually very positive and upbeat, feels weird to have this one be so gloomy. Definitely a weird watch outside the context of the Series 14 final.
Don't like that they edited out the Victoria mention. Weird decision.
Not sure how I feel about the 'updated' effects, understandable I guess for new viewers as part of Series 14.
Definitely won't be my preferred way of re-watching the episode in the future though.
Removing the hand and fixing the production error in #Sutekh's throne in #pyramidsofMars was an objectively correct decision sorry not sorry

The production values are DIRE; this was the 10th Anniversary special – where was the budget?! The monsters... and those sets!
