My best friend’s stepmother has just done something very cruel, because my friend eats a lot of sweets, and she gets diarrhoea, her stepmother has taken them off her, and given them to the staff to have, whereas I suggested something sensible I suggested that when her key worker is on duty, they could give her so many sweets at a time.
