CoffeeZulip is a wonderful blend of the good old forums' ability to keep information accessible, and Discord's fast-paced formula; the way it's organised and displayed to the user is fairly unique and slightly alien, but it presents an amazing opportunity to sort and organise the discussions in your community space.
You know how the Discord threads are kind of useless?
Zulip puts threads, or "topics", front and centre - when you click on a channel, you end up browsing the most recently active topic, and see a list of other available topics. You can start and archive topics as you see fit. Archived and resolved topics are out of the way, but still accessible rather than getting lost under piles of fresh messages.

Linux on phone: sort of done?
I got a Pixel 9a and put GrapheneOS on it in the end. It's got a native Linux terminal.
I mean, this sort of counts. Stable SailfishOS still isn't out on the modern Sony phones. I ordered parts for the Beepy but that'll be arriving next year.
