May You Have Delicious Meals by Takase Junko — from a #HealingFiction list, but probably misunderstanding of Japan+Food. It's more co-workers' ambiguous sexual relationships, bullying, and power dynamics. And a lot of commentary on society's expectations around food; the title is more a threat than a pleasantry.

Unexpectedly (office politics) I quite enjoyed it, Takase is skilled, no melodrama, no idiot driven plot.
