So there is a new deal on the #PlatformWorkDirective after all. From what I hear, the key presumption of employment has basically been hollowed out by leaving it to member states. Now every state gets to decide for itself when a platform worker should be treated as an employee - which destroys the core objective of unifying platform employment across the EU. #platformwork #EU #EuropeanUnion #trilogue #EUParliament #EUCouncil

European parliament advisor Francesco Vogelezang points at all the #privacy safeguards the parliament position on the #EHDS has introduced.

Okay agreed, but you'll need to bring those through the #trilogue in one piece and I think EU member states want to it all down.
