@inpector Warum sollte man seine Passwortdaten aus der Hand geben, egal wie gut er Ruf des Anbieters ist?
Ich nutze #KeePassXC. Es enthält neben alle Passwörtern auch die Daten für 2FA und Passkeys.
Die Passwort DB synchronisiere ich mit #Synthing auf alle meine Geräte.
Damit liegen meine Daten zu keiner Zeit in irgend einer Cloud.

Ooh, thanks for suggestions, testing out #synthing locally at this moment, and I see that fixes the "do I have to set up some kind of tunnel/ssh/reverse ssh" setup to handle backup (they use a stun server/relays for data sync, if necessary). Still may do that anyway so I can remote admin things, but handy to have it self-configure.

if I want to sychronize my .config files in two different #Linux devices, what would be the besteht way to achieve that? #synthing or #git ? Are there any simple setup guides for such use cases, strictlty focusing on .config directory?

Я тут говна наговнокодил

Это б все еще отрефакторить и причесать, но штука такая:


Плагин для Obsidian, что бы красиво отображать статы и скиллы ДНДшных персонажей.

Играя с друзьями в ДНДшку не нашли ничего более гибкого и русскоязычного чем LongStoryShort APP. Но эта синхронизация через Гугл Диск, которая все ломает и удаляет, неудобная система с инвентарем и заметками ломает все.

Так что я вкинул идею просто юзать Markdown файлы и #Synthing.

Ну а все-таки, что бы представлять некоторые данные более компактно и красиво, решил написать этот плагинчик.

Was ich am Handy mache ist das automatische Backup (in der App) und das synchronisiert per #Synthing auf meinen PC, falls Handy mal weg ist.

Mein Handy ist schnell ersetzbar, schon mehrmal getestet als ich ein neues Gerät bekommen habe.

And what gets me is that there are many cool potential uses for this kind of #soundware. For instance, pitch-tracking a Bulgarian singer’s voice to both learn more about the technique and potentially integrate some of these inflections in #synthing.

We need more open source options for mobile computing. Like a version of #synthing that doesn't kill battery. Right now I have it set to only sync while charging but I'd like to have a kind of Google Photos type experience.
