There are increasing reports of #SyntheticOpioids causing #RespiratoryDepression and death.

They are evidently being sold to the unsuspecting, illegal drug-using public as if they are other, more familiar drugs.

So if seriously sick patient “X” or his/her mates said they took a specific drug, it might be a good idea not to assume it actually was that drug, and do a drug screen - while treating them.
