Is German Wikipedia questioning whether the Nazis were fascists?

Google Translate says that German quote translates to:

The tone seems to be "not in Wiki voice" – as if it's something people might not commonly not agree with?

But the tone night be lost in translation? and I understand a bit of German, but definitely not enough to pick up tone or nuances.

I switched servers for second post for the character limit, but repeated the English bit for anyone using built in translation, where setting the previous message to German world make that not work. But I don't think many German speakers on mastodon etc al. need translation for English?
