This year, Sylvia Fairhurst will be teaching Bead Society of Great Britain members how to make her 'Gioia' Bracelet. Gioia is Italian for jewel or precious object and this piece was inspired by a 17th century (possibly Italian) hinged bracelet. Suitable for intermediate to advanced beaders. All techniques will be demonstrated but knowledge of Right Angle Weave, Triangle Weave, Peyote and Square Stitch would be an advantage. The AGM Workshop takes place on Saturday the 8th July 2023 at Town Close Auditorium. Norwich Castle Museum. Tuition is free for BSGB members but booking is essential.
