Was hoping for a morning surf on my Monday off.
I drove 70km for nearly 2 hours, visited 7 beaches, and didn't paddle out at all.
- 7-mile beach: closing-up at the north, blown-out south of gate 4
- Werri point: 3 boards out, none catching waves.
- Boneyard: 9 out, none catching waves. The swell was going past towards Jones beach, which was blown-out.
- Bombo: big, closing-up.
- The farm: blown-out near the shore, some half-broken, spilling-waves spread across.
- Mystics: 30 ppl out between boogie and surf boards. Not a long board swell, and even short boards were wiping-out.
- Surf beach: big, blown-out.
