I think they were going for the classic Genie story in a sci-fi guise, but now it's also become an allegory for GenAI. The doctor is a techbro - "just one more prompt, I know it'll work this time!" - the patient's dreams are the LLM, and the patient is @davidgerard trying desperately to explain why all this is a terrible idea.
