I was on the phone #StudentLoansCompany earlier today, and for some reason, I got an email with new temporary log in information. One of the things it says in the email is to contact them if you didn't request the details.

I rang them, was told to expect a 5 minute wait. Twenty minutes later, I finally got to speak to somebody that said that, once the email goes out,there's nothing they can do.

Question: What's to point of ringing you, then?
