One thing I miss is going to conferences, especially #AccessLibCon #Code4lib #SupportDriven #WriteTheDocs . All of which are great communities.

I've heard of 1 for #ChiefofStaff roles, but I'm not aware of any for #StrategyAndOperations in general.
