I feel like me, and I have to trust that others will take me at my word when, if, I'm in a situation where I need to try to express what that means in more detail.

I cannot ever have any idea what it feels like to be someone else, so when another human being tries to explain, tries to express, to me how they feel to be them, I do my absolute best to emphasize, to take them at their word.

Sunday past was the #WindsorON #YQG Pride Parade.

Now, I am an old, cis, hetero ( ish?), white, male.....

I walked in the Pride Parade, because Love is a Human Right. Love is a Humane Right. Love is Never Wrong.

I also walked, to remember all my friends from the 1980s and 90s especially, who were not listened to, who did not recieve decent medical attention, or even decent compassion, when they needed it the most. There are far too many people who would have us do exactly the same thing now to Trans folks, to Trans kids....

Choose Love. Choose Compassion. Choose Joy!

Those are the lifestyle choices we get to make.
