Chuir sé lúchair an domhain orm anocht agallamh a dhéanamh leis an laoch, David Keohan.

It was a real pleasure to interview David Keohan, Indiana Stones, this evening.

David has been responsible for the revival of stone lifting in Ireland. This is part of a wave of interest in Irish native culture across language, music, writing, film, and many other areas. David has a book coming out this month.

I can't wait to get this interview out - it will be worth the wait!

Picked up a set of weights for free today.

A farmer must have hit these flints with a plough and then chucked them in the hedge by the side of the road. The biggest weighs around 30kg and the smallest weighs around 10kg. It's nothing like lifting the Dinnie Stones but it's a start. It will make lifting more interesting at least
