Didn't see the #BlackBag (2025) at the theater but bought the #DVD in hope that it would be enjoyable & I'm glad to say it was.

It's an ensemble piece that had the feel of a play which is a good thing IMO.

It's also a mystery that you are kept wondering how it will turn out in the end & are surprised when it does.

#CateBlsanchett & #MichaelFastbender are also the principal actors & they carry off their roles marvelously

The director is also the talented & versatile #StevenSoderberg who has directed a wide range of movies over the past 40yrs from #SexLivesAndVideoTapes to the #Oceans11 to #MagicMike to #ErinBrockovich & #FullFrontal just name a few.

Coincidentally, I just bought the DVD for #Presence (2024), which was also directed by Soderberg, which I saw at the theater & also liked.

I'd rate the Black Bag a 8 out of 10.
