APPLICATION DENIED :)

It will be appealed by the developer, so it will go to the Ontario Land Tribunal, but the reason stated by the Committee member who moved to deny was basically “I’m not going to go against thousands of my fellow residents on this” so it really did matter that people showed up in big numbers today

Joey Coleman reported earlier today that a walk-on motion is getting moved tomorrow at planning committee.

Reads more like an olive branch than I’d like, but it’s a start. The zoning stuff is key, imo
