My Steam window keeps popping up in fullscreen and stealing focus while I'm playing games. It seems to happen whether or not I disable the overlay.

Can anyone tell me why, and how to make it never happen again? Because it makes playing games basically impossible. It's happening across multiple games. No errors are being thrown, my windo just keeps popping up. I could try Big Picture Mode, but on my desktop computer that's less than ideal.

A question for people who know #Steam stuff: if you have 2 PCs, each with Steam installed, and you have multiple users with their own Steam accounts, and you want those users to be able to use either computer interchangeably to play their own Steam games, is that possible, even for games with local saves only? Is it possible to have the save files in a folder that is shared between the two PCs?

I have googled but most of the info is about family sharing or moving save files.
