State Rep. Jolanda Jones enters race for Texas’ 18th Congressional District

Jones, a Democrat, brings the field of candidates in the special election to replace the late U.S. Rep. Sylvester Turner to at least 20, increasing the chances that the seat will remain vacant until after a December runoff.
