This graphic below of the sinking Titanic representing the Democrats says all that needs be said about that party as an "opposition" to the Right and the GOP. It cannot be reformed, and it will not move anywhere but further Right. It needs to be abandoned and allowed to sink in its own dead weight, and replaced with a real egalitarian Indy Left party. Let Third Way and the Blue Dogs have the ish and merge it with the Republicans; it's what they deserve anyway.
Very enlightened speech, and completely irrelevant in a Democratic Party now owned lock, stock, and barrel by the DLC, AIPAC, and the Bezos/Bloomberg/Ackman corporate Mini-Me Right.
"Progressive Democrat" is an oxymoron.
Democrats can run their mouths about Project 2025 all day long; but after their near unanimous vote for KOSA, it's all empty words.
Democrats can talk about finally confronting Bibi Netanyahu on the now galloping ZioNazism overtaking Israel; but as long as they clap louder than the Republicans and continue to keep the weapons coming, just more empty words.
Maybe the Democrats need to stop talking so much. And we need to start walking. Away.

Those of you who follow this kind of thing may recall that a few months ago, former House speaker Nancy Pelosi suggested the pro-Palestine protests were being financed and run by Russia, and said the FBI should investigate them. Neoliberalism and political power are a hell of a drug. Do enough of them, and you can no longer understand that some people might actually care about what happens to other people. There is no bit of "harm reduction" argument that can overcome Biden's total and overwhelming support for Israel's genocide and land grab.
And he isn't doing much in the "harm reduction" area, either.
In fact, he & the Democrats have done nothing but INCREASE harm directly, and enable the Right to further their aims that much more.
