There are 2930 'librust-*' packages in Debian Sid.

Out of these 2228 packages have a 0.y.z version and 26 have a 0.0.z version. (One actually is at 0.0.0)

By interpretation of SemVer https://semver.org/#faq this means we we're building a Tower from brittle bricks that may break at any time.
