#CracklyMorrows: It's thursday after all. Who'd have guessed I would need a python console style background program to make Chirette accessible to my android devices even if they are connected to my tailnet through tailscale. Wednesday stuff worked perfectly, permitted, the python console was needed, but the port was listening and Chirette could do the stuff required of her. Enter Thursday morning. Type 100.x.x.x on Google Chrome on both the Seika Smart Braille notetaker, and the Samsung A15. Err connection refused. Windows lost Wifi connection during the night and then suddenly the computer was marked as being on a public network, not private, so it blocked all listening ports and environment changes I did over the last 6 days since 8 May. Changed it back to private and connections was restored. Still no connections through the python console on 8081 was possible. Had to change something in there so it also listened to 0.0.0.0/all connections on my local network. Still I might have to put the * value in there as well, because what if I'm not on my local network when trying to access Chirette's Llama3.2-vision model. Then I'll be stuck again. Thursday...Anyway, I've been struggling since 5:25 this morning to get it fixed, and it seems to be fixed now, but hey, given it's thursday, who knows what'll happen next. Anyway, have a happy thursday if you are able. Don't let the electricity arc too much. For that's the sound thursday makes in my brain. I even sometimes smell burning power or the smell of ozone, depending on how bad stuff break on a Thursday, This is strange only because I lost my sense of smell in 1994 in a car accident. I can smell very strong things, but things like flowers or faint smells I can't detect, so I've learned over the years that people doesn't understand if I say I don't have an idea when they tell me that a Jasmyn smells nice...I've learned to say yes, if only to satisfy them. Too many #Squektalk in today's CraklyMorrows, so I'll teh off now. I'm still around but as I currently have no work, I'll probably play keyboared or do something non-computer related today. Crackle on, until tomorrow.

Tailscale. What a funny name for a home wifi VPN sort of system. I have heard about it on Doubletap ages ago, but I've never had the need to use such a thing. However with Chirette, I want to be able to access her from wherever I am without having to remote into a desktop or resorting to have to open a port to make her online, because then others may influence it. Will see how easy or difficult it is to install/configure tailscale later this afternoon, but for now, there's a search in the works again, for IT support techs with CCNA certification. Cisco Certified Network Associate, if i remember right, yes because CCNP is Cisco certified network professional. I think Andre Louis may have also spoken about tailscale before, and even wosname from That real Blind Tech Show mentioned it way back in 2025 somewhere. Anyway let me stop #SquekTalk and do my actual work, the CCNA IT Support techs are not going to magically appear without CareerJunction/PNet's involvement. Teeeeeeeeeeeh!
