Tropical Storm #Soulik is making landfall over Vietnam and Tropical Storm #Pulasan will soon make landfall near Shanghai. Both have relatively weak winds, but bring a rainfall threat to areas recently impacted by Typhoons Yagi and Bebinca respectively.

#Typhoon #Bebinca has made landfall in #Shanghai this morning, but there are two other tropical systems in the Western North Pacific right now:

• #TropicalStorm #Pulasan is expected to skirt past #Okinawa, #Japan by Wed evening, before making landfall near #Wenzhou, #China late Thu.
• The Tropical Depression crossing #Luzon today will be named #Soulik if it intensifies to a Tropical Storm. It may reach #Hainan late Fri.
