Le super #typhon #ManYi de catégorie 5 est monstrueux et va concerner encore le nord des Philippines. Les vents dépassent les 257 km/h. Des cumuls de pluie de plus de 350 mm sont attendues entre Diarabasin et Dinalongan notamment.

Rappel, le nord et l'extrême nord des Philippines ont déjà subi les assauts précédemment de 3 typhons, #Yinxing, #Toraji et #Usaji.
