Headline: 129 injured in heavy barrage: 89 in Gush Dan, 40 in Be’er Sheva

Magen David Adom updated that 129 people were injured as a result of this morning’s heavy barrage from Iran: 89 in Gush Dan, where there were direct hits in #Holon and Ramat Gan, and 40 in Be’er Sheva - where #Soroka Hospital was hit.

Of the 89 injured in Gush Dan, three were seriously injured, two moderately injured, 40 lightly injured from shrapnel and blast waves, 31 were injured on their way to protected areas, and 13 are defined as anxiety casualties. They were evacuated to Sheba Tel Hashomer, Schneider, Beilinson, Ichilov, Assaf Harofeh, Wolfson, Meir, Ma’ayanei Hayeshua, Assuta Ashdod, and Barzilai hospitals.

All those injured in Be’er Sheva are in light condition.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I had an interesting flashback on reading that #Soroka hospital in Beersheva was hit by a missile. I spent a day there many years ago due to a foot injury. Hospitals should never be legitimate targets, no matter the country. This shit is always wrong.

Ho cercato nell'archivio di Haaretz e l'ho trovato: il 14 luglio 1995, 30 anni fa, accompagnai il dottor Caspi in visita all'ospedale pediatrico Nasser di #KhanYunis.

Caspi, ex medico di un'unità d'élite dell'IDF e all'epoca direttore del reparto di chirurgia pediatrica dell'ospedale #Soroka, si era offerto volontario per curare i pazienti pediatrici cardiopatici a Gaza.

Quando riusciva a ottenere le donazioni necessarie, trasferiva alcuni di questi piccoli pazienti al Soroka perché potessero essere curati. ⬇️2
