I really don't see the need for the alarming title, is the BBC going click-baity in it's attempt to keep relevant? They could start by giving honest and relevant reports on the #ClimateEmergency.

And I don't see Spain's problem:
Solar energy in abundance... 👍 👍
Household customers using less but clean energy. 👍 👍 🎉

But, oh no the market could collapse with the industry still using fossil fuels.
Well, seems to me that that is a problem for that industry. Solar energy becoming much cheaper than those dinosaurs. Even IF the industry does not care about the future of the kids...
It will be the market forcing the industry to work clean and with clean energy.
