DoomsdaysCWSo, uncomfortable subject but, what about leaders and rule enforcers? The anarchist in me would like to think that we could do without either, but the realist in me (who has studied human nature and psychology) has my doubts. What form of governance if any? Councils with finite terms? What about rules and safety? Or situations where it is one person's word against another's? Just some things to think about as we contemplate the type of society we want and need!

I so miss posts by @breadandcircuses (who I used to follow on the Bird Shite site). Part of the reason I've continued posting about #SolarPunkSunday and #Degrowth is to honor the inspiration that he, and @MaQuest and @BrambleBearGrrrauwling have given me! It's coming up on the ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of SPS! What do you want us to cover for that? (And thanks for all the encouragement by folks! It's truly appreciated!)
So, I just caught a bit of a story about #Airships broadcasting signals -- potentially replacing satellites! Personally, I think there's too many satellites to begin with, but airships are so #Steampunk. However, would we want as many airships as there are satellites? Hmmmm...
