🌱 Gentle Shield Ritual (30 seconds)
1. One deep breath — inhale slowly, exhale fully
2. Repeat softly or in your mind:
“I deserve tenderness, and I choose to surround myself with love and peace.”
3. Place a hand over your heart and seal it with:
“I am safe. I am loved. I am enough.”

☕ It’s simple, portable, and can be done anywhere.

For me, it feels like wrapping myself in a soft blanket scattered with petals — a reminder that I can choose gentleness, even in the busiest season.

The new job has meant I... haven't worn pants in months since I started, because this #softfemme prefers dresses and leggings when appearing in public, and I've been doing a lot of public speaking lately... but it is a beautiful fall day, so perhaps it is time for pants :)
